While in Zimbabwe, I wanted to get some reaction from the delegation members who got to visit their partner congregations. We had traveled halfway around the world, and I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to capture the excitement and emotion of what it was like for these delegation members. The first one I interviewed was Richard Lewis. He was so excited to meet the people of the Nyanga North Circuit, which is partnered with his home congregation. For Richard, the trip was life-changing. He will never forget the feeling of being welcomed and loved whole-heartedly by these relative strangers. That emotion comes through as he shares his story.
