Lorenza Andrade Smith is a United Methodist elder who is living with the homeless on the streets of San Antonio, Texas. Her story is one of courage and compassion. It’s also a story that sheds light on the criminalization of the homeless. She spoke in August 2012 at an event in Lawrence, Kan.
