Annual event supports helping agencies

Each year, the Kansas East Conference has an in-gathering of food and other items for several ministries located within the conference bounds. In 2010, I attended the event and produced a story about Bishop’s Round-up for Hunger that we published on the conference website.

I interviewed the directors of the two locations that receive most of the in-gathered materials as well as one of the conference leaders to talk about the importance of the event and what it does for the ministries. I captured and edited the footage for this piece the week after the event and posted to the conference website. The piece was posted to the conference website and used to promote the event in the successive year.
