Completing Statistical Reports

In 2010, there were changes in the annual statistical reports. The conference treasurer asked me to attend one of the training sessions, record it and then post it online for viewing to assist churches with completing their statistical reports.

I recorded the session and collected the visual aids the treasurer used in his presentation. I imported the footage into Final Cut Pro, cut it into bite-sized segments, created visuals of the forms referenced and pulled them into the videos at the appropriate times.

Once the segments were complete, they were uploaded to the video server and linked to the conference website. We promoted the segments and encouraged churches to view the videos to answer their questions about their annual statistical reports.
