In 2009, it was decided that United Methodists in Kansas and Nebraska would start sharing a bishop in 2012. The announcement was made via webcast on a Friday, and my bishop decided to follow it up with a webcast of his own on Saturday to explain what it meant to United Methodists in Kansas. I was responsible for designing the webcast format and securing vendors to make the webcast happen.
